Our certified coaches will guide you through a one-hour strength and conditioning workout.  Each workout includes a warm-up, workout notes, and movement explanations.  The workout and movements can be modified to fit each athlete’s capabilities and preferences.

Whether you have worked out for years, or just getting started, we have something for you.  As a Music City athlete, you will have access to 3 different tracks for each workout…..Everyday Athlete, Athlete, and Competitor.  Which track is right for me?

Everyday Athlete

This will challenge and improve your fitness whether you are just getting started or have years of experience. The workouts are tailored so any athlete can perform them. There are progressions to improve your fitness level and increase your physical activity.  This is more focused on how you perform in life vs. how you perform in a competition.


Programmed for athletes who aspire to perform at the RX level. This is for those who can perform most basic movements in a typical CrossFit workout and still progressing towards high skill movements or strength cycles. Progressions are programmed into your training to help you become a better CrossFit Athlete.


This program will focus on developing the skills and capacity required to compete at the RX level, whether that be in the CrossFit Open or a local competition. Catered for those who want to compete in the sport of CrossFit.
