Hyrox
HYROX combines running and functional workout stations. Participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. Accommodating both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX, the sport of fitness racing, is for everybody.

Race Format
HYROX races consist of eight (8) 1km runs interspersed with eight (8) functional workout stations. The stations include exercises like ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpees, wall balls, sandbag lunges, and more.
For Any/All Levels
HYROX offers different race divisions (Singles, Doubles, Relay) and categories (Open, Pro) to cater to various fitness levels and preferences. Hyrox Training Clubs offer training classes and workout simulations to prepare participants for the race.
